Nourish TT is a social enterprise which turns an environmental problem into a social solution: it targets perfectly good food that is destined for landfill and ensures that instead of being thrown away, the food reaches safely to people in need. Nourish uses bespoke cloud-based software to connect food companies that have surplus food to NGOs in the community which operate feeding programmes. Nourish TT also provides a transportation solution which dovetails with its online platform.
 
Since launching in February 2016, Nourish has redistributed enough food to provide over 80,000 meals (1 meal weighs about 420 grams of food) to its partner NGOs.
