Requirements :

1. Participate in recruitment efforts:
  • collecting resumes and job applications and ensuring employee information is complete and accurate.
  • scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • completing reference checks
2. Keep a record of employees on probation and temporary employees.
 
3. Send out job assessments for employees
 
4. Visit different branches as needed by HR department
 
5. Notify HR department of any issues arising
