  • Consistently achieve sales and net profit targets through knowledge and application of the approved marketing plans for the assigned brands.
  • Develop and deploy the pricing and discount strategy.
  • Maintain effective relationship with principals to achieve agreed business results.
  • Develop, plan and execute approved strategies for the effective use of the A&P budgets.
  • Continuously analyze brand performances towards improving execution of promotions, activities and to influence the evolution of the marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on the execution of new opportunities. Together with Sales and Category Management continuously evaluate new opportunities within the existing business.
  • Forecast and manage the demand towards optimizing the achievement of Supplier Purchase, In-Market Sales and Inventory targets.
  • Manage external service or supplier relationships effectively and within agreed budgets.
  • Routinely gather and report customer and consumer intelligence.
  • Log all quarterly issues identified at warehouse or in market
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures in performing duties and assignments.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • All other related duties for the smooth operations of the department.
