Job Summary-
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the organisation.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to staff.
  • Scheduling appointments on Microsoft Outlook.
  • Sending e-mails to clients confirming/reconfirming appointments.
  • Photocopying documents.
  • Undertake other duties as may be assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment e.g. photocopies.

Job Requirements


Minimum Qualification and Experience
 
  • At least six (6) months’ experience performing administrative duties and responsibilities.
  • Five (5) Ordinary Level CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite will be an asset.
