Description
Responsibilities
- Monitors the daily operations of all locations via the camera systems and in person, recording the in and out times of vehicles in each section and reports details relative to speed and quality to Management.
- Develops internal auditing tools to effectively capture the speed of each vehicle in each section.
- Tracks and measures vehicles from entry to exit and identify issues or gaps in the system.
- Submits reports to provide in-depth analysis of the entire operation relative to speed and quality.
- Performs regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to speed and quality procedures.
- Provides Management with speed and quality planning and support.
- Prepares and maintains speed and quality management documentation.
- Prepares and delivers presentations/reports/briefs etc. as required.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Professional Diploma in Management or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline from an accredited academic institution
- 2+ years of experience working with quality systems.
- Professional certification in Quality would be an asset.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving and Administrative skills
- Technical ability, basic knowledge of vehicles, tools and related equipment, computer literate with ability to use applicable software and applications
- Proactive and strategic nature.
