Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma/ Certificate in Communications, Advertising, Design or Marketing
  • Working knowledge of advertising, sales & marketing.
  • 0-2 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
  • Must have good customer relations skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and working independently and as a team.
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud/ Canva will be considered an asset.
 
Role Description:
  • Assist in managing local advertising projects for advertisers.
  • Coordinate production and installation of creative projects.
  • Identify potential advertisers, research and build relationships with new and existing advertisers.
  • Develop, monitor and implement the advertising plans & projects.
  • Work with clients in analyzing product information, advertising history, needs etc to provide appropriate marketing assistance.
  • Work with vendors to execute media plans.
  • Work with the internal media team to develop product promotions.
  • Review and complete sales and advertising contracts.
  • Act as day-to-day contact for advertisers.
  • Evaluate advertising projects for marketing and sales effectiveness.
