Description


We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing our multi-channel digital presence, crafting compelling content, and developing striking visual assets including tailored artwork for blog posts to power integrated marketing campaigns. You will drive both digital initiatives and traditional marketing efforts such as email campaigns and print materials, ensuring every touchpoint is aligned with our brand narrative and strategic objectives. Working closely with the Manager and cross-functional teams, you will elevate brand engagement, generate quality leads, and fuel overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Presence & Community Engagement:
    • Manage and update our social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter) with timely and engaging content.
    • Actively monitor interactions, respond to comments, and cultivate a vibrant online community that resonates with our brand values.
  • Content Creation & Visual Development:
    • Develop diverse visual assets including static posts, carousels, motion graphics/reels, and seasonal greetings that capture our brand’s essence.
    • Design custom artwork for blog posts to enhance written content and create a cohesive visual narrative.
    • Collaborate closely with the Manager to ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand standards and strategic messaging.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution:
    • Plan, launch, and track multi-format ad campaigns (video, carousel, static) across diverse industries, ensuring cohesive messaging across channels.
    • Lead the design and deployment of email marketing campaigns, crafting content that aligns with overall marketing objectives and maximizes engagement.
    • Develop and produce high-impact offline marketing materials including print ads, brochures, and event collateral that reinforce our digital efforts and communicate our brand message effectively.
    • Coordinate with external vendors as necessary to guarantee quality production and timely delivery of offline assets.
  • Content Calendar & Workflow Coordination:
    • Collaborate on a comprehensive monthly content calendar to strategically schedule and plan campaigns in advance.
    • Maintain organized tracking systems to ensure daily updates, seamless workflow, and clear communication of project statuses across teams.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Engage with internal stakeholders to integrate feedback and continuously refine campaign performance.
    • Work in tandem with the Manager to ensure that all creative initiatives support and enhance our overarching marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital content creation, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing platforms and the creation of traditional marketing materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional communication abilities.
  • A creative, detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
