Kaizen is looking for a capable and hands-on Project Supervisor to coordinate daily site operations at Galeota for the Shell Manatee Project. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in field leadership and are committed to working on-site in Galeota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise environmental field crews (waste, spill response, air/noise monitoring).
- Execute daily and weekly work plans safely and efficiently.
- Report field progress and enforce safety protocols.
