The Branding and Social Media Strategist will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive company branding strategy to increase our web traffic and overall brand awareness.
 
The overall goal of the Strategist will be:

To develop and lead the branding and social media strategies for both Progressive and jobsTT.   This role is required to own all aspects of the company’s branding and support the business with an aim to optimize and grow the overall sales through increased brand awareness, share of voice, new customer, client acquisition and retention.
 
This person will report to and work closely with the Management Team of Jobs TT & Progressive to manage branding, multiple marketing and sales administration tools including the company's online recruitment websites, job boards, CRM systems, and Social Media channels (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and Instagram).
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design marketing and branding strategies to achieve targets (strategies include but are not to be limited to digital media marketing, and competitor analysis)
  • Tracking effectiveness of strategies and making recommendations for and implementing changes as required
  • Staying abreast of social media trends and industry (recruitment) updates
SOCIAL MEDIA
  • Effectively administer all company social media accounts (FB/LinkedIn/ Twitter/ Instagram).
    • Real time responses/postings
    • Promotional and advertising posts
  • Create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
  • Facilitate client-company engagement
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and RO
  • NEWSLETTER/ BLOGS/ ARTICLES
  • CONTENT MANAGEMENT
 MARKETING
  • Assist with the company’s events and marketing campaigns and initiatives
 NETWORKING
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network

Job Requirements


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERINCE:
 
  • A BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business or another related field.
  • Certification in Social Media Strategy/Marketing, Digital Content Management or Communications
  • Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design or similar software
  • Experienced writing articles
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to speak Spanish would be considered an asset
