Our client is looking for a competitive sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
  • Use various customer sales method (cold calling, presentations, on-the-road etc) to “Get the sale”
  • Forecast sales, develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Process customer POs, generate SO and arrange picking of goods for delivery.
  • Support external salespeople with quotations etc.
  • Meet personal sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Update and maintain existing automated CRM to track progress

Job Requirements

  • 5 CXC inclusive of Mathematics and English
  • Proven sales experience in the oil/manufacturing/warehousing/distribution industry
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency – must be proficient in generating professional documents
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Professional, Confident and outgoing
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Must be able to work overtime as required by the company
  • Must be in possession of a Driver’s License
  • Must own good working vehicle
