General Manager
 

The Community Care Credit Union is seeking a service-oriented General Manager to lead our Credit Union into the future. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated leader who has a passion for service, fosters trust, cultivates and motivates staff, promotes the values of our brand and guides the Credit Union’s strategic initiatives with the best interest of our members, employees and financial health of the Credit Union.
 
Job Summary
  • To lead, motivate and manage members of staff.
  • To have primary oversight and responsibility for the operational management of the Credit Union
  • To play a leading role in the implementation of the Board’s strategic development plan, policies and procedures.
  • To ensure that all duties are carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation, regulations and guidance, and with a high level of professional competency and integrity.
 
Qualifications and Experience
  • Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least five years’ experience in a senior Management Position
  • Working knowledge of Credit Risk Management, Budgeting and Strategic Planning.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365/Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use IT/software systems for financial services and financial management
