Our client in the Real Estate Industry is seeking a General Manager
-Not for Profit. 

We are seeking someone with strong Administrative/Managerial experience and training with a marketing background.

General Manager - Not for Profit Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective strategies and programs.

Duties for the general manager will include developing a budget formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administrative processes, engaging with sector stakeholders, hiring and training employees, identifying growth and revenue generating opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with members and stakeholders, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy general manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive projects and improve revenue, maintain relationships with association members and other stakeholders, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Board of Directors
  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plan.
  • Training staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities and improving revenue generation.
  • Hiring of employees.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Analyzing accounting and financial data.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Generating reports and giving presentations.

General Manager Requirements:
  • A Degree in business management, Marketing or any related field would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of different business functions with Real Estate business being a preference.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive nature.
  • Initial salary shall not exceed TTD$10,000.00 per month before deductions and determinable by level of required experience.
