WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (Valsayn Office and San Juan, Warehouse)

The incumbent is required to prepare chemicals in accordance with Company standards and track warehouse inventory.  Additionally, this role is responsible for providing strong support to the Operations Manager to ensure compliance with Company policy and operations.
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Chemical production on assigned days.
  • Proper storage of chemicals
  • Ensure orders for chemicals are dispatched
  • Track movement of stock
  • Update and maintain inventory spreadsheet
  • Maintain good housekeeping inclusive of the external perimeter of the warehouse
  • Assist maintenance team as required
  • Schedule drivers for delivery of chemicals to locations
  • Schedule drivers to perform employee transportation
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by management

Qualification/Experience
  • Maintain good record keeping
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of car wash operations
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles, tools and related equipment
