KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieves the respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on all assigned jobs
- Ensures accurate and on-time completion of work details in Alert
- Repairs and troubleshoots Printers and Multi-Function Printers/Copiers
- Provides user support and hardware repairs on site as needed.
- A+ and Network + certification
- Certification as a Computer Technician and Printer Technician or equivalent industry experience
- 3-5 years experience repairing and troubleshooting Printers, MFPs, and Plotters
