As CPJ expands its regional footprint, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

The Role
The CEO will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring CPJ’s continued success in delivering growth, profitability, and market leadership. The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CPJ’s strategic vision in alignment with the Board.
• Drive growth opportunities in both hotel and retail segments, including new markets and product lines.
• Champion innovation in product sourcing, supply chain efficiency, and customer service.
• Oversee all major functions including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and HR.
• Represent CPJ as the front-facing champion of the brand in industry forums and with stakeholders.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.
  
  
  Qualifications & Experience
• 10–15 years’ senior leadership experience, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or hospitality supply industries.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Strong P&L management and strategic planning expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
