Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Seprod Limited is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, ensuring that the business runs efficiently and effectively while maximizing profitability and performance. The COO will work closely with the executive management team to develop and implement operational strategies, manage resources, and improve procedures to support the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy and objectives in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor the company's performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Lead and manage departmental heads to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Optimize business processes across all functions, including production, supply chain, sales, and customer service.
  • Foster a company culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and team collaboration.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation to support operational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to mid-level management, ensuring their teams are engaged and aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with operational activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
