Job Purpose
The Mobile Customer Sales Representative / Driver is responsible for driving a company vehicle along assigned routes to sell and distribute ice cream products directly to residential customers. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate stock and cash records, and contribute to achieving daily sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly along assigned sales routes.

• Sell Flavorite and Creamery ice cream products directly to residential customers.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers within assigned communities.

• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

• Promote products and encourage repeat purchases.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records of sales.

• Balance cash collections and product inventory at the end of each shift.

• Ensure all stock issued and returned is accounted for correctly.

• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Conduct vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.

• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.

• Assist with loading and unloading products as required.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

• Valid Class 3 Driver's Permit.

• Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles confidently.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a driving, sales, delivery, merchandising, or customer-facing role.

• Experience operating commercial vehicles would be an asset.

• Previous direct sales or route sales experience would be an advantage.
