About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer – D365 to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient applications that support key business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Finance & Operations).

Integrate D365 with other internal and external systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Develop plugins, workflows, and custom scripts to enhance system functionality.

Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity through regular maintenance and testing.

Provide technical documentation, user support, and post-deployment troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, API integrations, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
