Job Description:

The Accounts Analyst will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently and with the Directors. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges which would include Tender responses and interfacing with Customers and Vendors and other External agencies
 
The ability to interact with customers, vendors and staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
 

Job Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Input of Order Entries as required, accurately and in a timely manner into Counterpoint Database; prepares Payment Vouchers and make entries into accounting system and excel as necessary; does other accounting reconciliation as required.
  2. Tracking of Jobs and other Project tasks and follow up of outstanding tasks
  3.  Provides clerical/administrative support, including composition and preparation of correspondence.
  4. Communicates and handles incoming and outgoing electronic communications
  5. Modify and Improve filing systems or implement new filing systems, including electronic.
  6. Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary.
  7. Perform Research on various topics as directed.
  8. Any other duties assigned
EXPERIENCE
  1. Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  2. Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment
  3. Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
