Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager 

Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday 

Area: Central 
 
Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of package flow, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with company standards. This role involves leading teams, resolving operational issues, and optimizing logistics processes to enhance productivity.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in receiving, dispatching, and managing package flow efficiently.
• Oversee delivery runs and coordinate driver movements to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with HR to manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
