Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited is seeking to hire an Administrator who will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs.

Duties:

• Generate and enter invoices on Peachtree
• Departmental Purchasing – (Request for Quotes, Prepare Requisitions & Purchase Orders)
• Liaise with suppliers to get items delivered in a timely manner
• Follow up on payment for suppliers
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Filing and general Admin Duties
• Monitor invoices and payments through Company accounts payment system
• Maintain several databases
• Receive goods, accurately enter into stock and dispatch customer orders

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

• A Certificate in Administration or relevant experience
• Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software would be an asset

• At least 3+ years of experience in Administrative Field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Multi-tasking and detail-oriented
• Efficiently operate in a an extremely fast paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain
