Job Description:
Job Title: VEHICLE SALES MANAGER Job Purpose:The Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly vehicle sales targets in keeping with company guidelines. This goal is achieved through the provision of hands-on leadership, excellent customer service and the development of a trained, motivated and professional sales team.
MAIN TASKS- Achieve the Divisions monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Plan, develop, organize and evaluate the operations of the Sales team.
- Ensure Sales Representative meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Comply with and enforce Company policies.
- Ensure Management Reporting deadlines are met.
- Ensure that the Division’s customer database is maintained.
- Identify the recruitment and training needs of the Sales team.
- Implement Retail Sales Enhancement Activities with the Sales team.
- Ensure all team members are trained in product knowledge.
- Review documents related to the sale of vehicles to ensure completeness.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- First Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- Five (5) years’ experience in Sales in the Motor Vehicle Industry.
- Experience in supervising a team of professionals.
- Computer literate, Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS- First Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- Five (5) years’ experience in Sales in the Motor Vehicle Industry.
- Experience in supervising a team of professionals.
- Computer literate, Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
