DESCRIPTION
 
Wasteco (Caribbean) Limited is searching for a Diesel Automotive Maintenance Technician for our La Brea Truck Yard operations.
 
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• The Diesel Automotive Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities include Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, using CMMS to manage Maintenance Systems, maintenance and service of truck and heavy equipment, vacuum pumps and associated hydraulic systems.

 
 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Diesel Mechanical Maintenance
• Experience using CMMS to manage Maintenance Systems
• Experience in maintenance and service of Vacuum Pumps, Hydraulic Lifts, trucks and trailers
• Experience with auto electrical (24volts System) will be considered an asset

• Must be computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint;
• An enquiring and analytical mind, with a solid grasp of the underlying principles of Equipment Maintenance
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
