Job Description:
Job Title: HR Country Lead - TT
Department: Human Resources
Profession (Marketing, Finance, etc.): Human Resources
Work Level: 1C
Location (City, Country): Albion Plaza, Port of Spain, Trinidad
Main Job Purpose:Perform the full End to End function within the HR Department, including Performance Management, HR Team Building, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Reward Management, Recruitment and Selection and all HR related within the region.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage all End-to-End HR Processes for the Trinidad Business
- Member of the company’s pension plan
- Manage all pension matter and relationships with Trustees and Actuaries
- Manages, prepares and monitors overhead as well as expense budget to ensure compliance with approved figures.
- Manage organisational rewards and benefits.
- Manage the Succession Planning process including a development strategy for middle and senior management.
- Undertake the full range of Human Resource functions including organisational design, team performance, change management, capabilities need, engagement, recruitment and selection.
- Submit all payroll amendments monthly and review final payroll before executed.
- Roll out H.R. systems, policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with the business for the creation of a high-performance culture by implementing team and organisation design solution.
- Manage all trade union matters and queries/working with legal team on trade disputes and matters.
- Drive all employee engagement and employment branding initiatives.
- Manage Company Fleet Cars
- Perform all Workplace Services activities.
- Manage company’s health plan.
Professional Skills:
- Requires a BA Degree in HR or Psychology.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office computer skills
- Understanding of the principles of Human Resources
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sharp business skills
- Proven Strategic, Leadership Skills and supervisory experience is a must.
- Team Oriented.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8 years in a Senior HR role
- A minimum of five (5) years in a similar consumer industry.
