Job Title: Inbound Sales Team Lead
Reporting Line: Business Development and Marketing Manager
Job Summary: The Inbound Sales Team Lead is responsible for supervising the inbound sales team, managing daily operations, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets. This role involves training and mentoring team members, handling escalations, and optimizing sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead and manage the inbound sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their performance and development.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, review performance, and address any issues.
- Sales Process Management:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Optimize sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Interaction and Escalation Handling:
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure team members adhere to these standards.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to align sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing Manager to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional meetings with customers and other stakeholders.
Prerequisites:
- Education: High School Diploma (five (5) CXC Passes inclusive of Mathematics and English. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
