SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Job Specification:
A Security Operations Manager ensures safety of people, property and assets. This person oversees security operations and administration, managing staff, enforcing policies, mitigating risks, and responding to incidents. They also handle scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee daily operations of security personnel& ensure they are effectively carrying out their duties.
2. Organize & conduct regular training sessions for security personnel in accordance with company procedures.
3. Assess the Company's security needs to develop and implement security plans tailored to the Company's operations.
4. Respond to security incidents & emergencies, coordinating with other

 
REQUIREMENTS:

• Five CXC passes inclusive of Maths and English.
• Diploma in Security Management or a related discipline will be an asset.
• At least 3 years experience in management or a security environment.
• Current Certificate of Character.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
