Join our team: Assistant Accountant

Who are we looking for?
Our Company Climate Control Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to support our Finance Department.

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detailed oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:     
DUTIES

• Post of monthly journals to the General Ledger.
• Maintain and regularly update the Fixed Asset Register.
• Review daily payments received in the Accounts Receivable Ledger.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger schedules.
• Review Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audit, including preparation of necessary documents.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned to support the Finance Team and ensure efficient operations.

 
Qualification:

• Five CXC O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English.
• Pursuing ACCA Level 2.
• A minimum of two (2) – four (4) years’ experience in a similar or related capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, excel spreadsheets, and communication.
