JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Job Title:  Maintenance Planner
                      
Department: Operations 
                                         
Section: Maintenance

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose:
To ensure overall compliance in the manufacturing of sensitive and CSD products.
To ensure all ISO requirements are consistently implemented and maintained throughout the plant.

Key Result Areas:
  1. Departmental KPIs (once per month) up to six KPIs
  2. Line downtime for all lines (once per day for production planning meeting)
  3. Mechanical efficiency (once per week)
  4. Maintenance Budget for planned activities (once per year with revision once per quarter)
  5. Maintenance meeting minutes (once per week)
  6. Special assigned project reports (as assigned)
  7. Out of compliance report for tasks, labour and equipment (once per month)
  8. Any other reports deem necessary for improvements in the department.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:-
  1. Experience in mechanical plant maintenance Technology.
  2. Experience in a mechanical Engineering and Maintenance
  3. A minimum of five (5) years experience in a related field / industry.
  4. Ability use AutoCAD or drawing utility
  5. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office and other reporting software
  6. Ability to use and manage computerized maintenance programs
  7. Knowledge of Trinidad and Tobago  safety codes
  8. Understanding of ISO Standards and implementation of a management system to achieve operational controls
  9. Knowledge of procedures that address compliance with applicable regulatory and KORE requirements
