Job Title: Marketing/Brand ManagerJob Summary:The Marketing/Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand development and implementing strategies to promote products for Saraya and CEJ Distributors Ltd. The role involves enhancing brand visibility, creating impactful campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Oversee social media management and digital campaigns to increase engagement and sales.
- Plan and implement product launches, promotional events, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and internal teams to create marketing materials and content.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to adjust strategies and identify opportunities.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize efforts to ensure maximum impact.
- Support the sales team with promotional assets and ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and customer interactions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
