Job Description:

The Technical Services Coordinator is a vital position within the LPG installation department, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities crucial for the effective delivery of services. This role supports the Senior Team Lead in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the operations of the LPG Services Department. The TSC ensures that all commercial and residential installations, alongside maintenance and repairs for filling stations, bulk trucks, and Road Tank Wagons, are executed in accordance with established standards and timelines that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and core values.
Additionally, the TSC plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities within the service sector and expanding the existing customer base in the LPG market. This position is essential for maintaining operational excellence, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations while fostering a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement. The role will involve;
- Customer Interaction - Invoice Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales, Administration, Business Management, or a Technical Background related to the discipline from an accredited institution.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
•  Background in customer service or an administrative position within the LPG industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in collaborating with others while effectively managing multiple tasks
• An equivalent combination of qualifications and experience may be considered
