As the driving force behind CEBM’s vision and mission, the CEO must embody visionary Christian leadership, transforming the organization and the communities served. A passionate advocate for education in the most challenging environments, our CEO must be committed to uplifting those in poverty and conflict zones, recognizing that education is the key to breaking the cycle of hardship.
 
With a deep sense of purpose, the CEO must combine strategic foresight with hands-on leadership to steer the organization through complex challenges. Under their leadership, we must expand CEBM’s reach to the most underserved communities, ensuring that every child has access to quality education, no matter their circumstances.
The CEO’s transformative leadership will be evident in their ability to inspire and mobilize teams, partners, and stakeholders around a common vision. They are not just a leader but a catalyst for change, fostering innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth across the organization.
 
The role is paramount to the country, as CEBM will lead efforts to educate the poor and marginalized in hotspots, where access to learning is often threatened by instability and neglect. ROLE OF POSITION:
To provide leadership at the CEBM ensuring that all departments operate in a cohesive, collaborative manner in order to facilitate the achievement of goals & objectives of the Church relative to Catholic Education.
 
DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES:
