Job Description:

The Telemarketer is responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with all of the company’s current and potential customers. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for the collection and updating of customer data to the company’s database.
  1. Engage in outgoing calls to customers as specified by the provided customer call-out listing.
  2. Contact customers to confirm and validate customer contact information.
  3. Accurately update customer contact information on the company’s ERP system.
  4. Successfully complete assigned survey with customers capturing all pertinent information.
  5. Complete specified reports daily on tasks completed.
  6. Coordinate with the team to ensure customer queries or concerns are rectified on a timely basis.
  7. Engage in incoming calls from customers to provide and give accurate information as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  1. Five G.C.E. O’ Level/ C.X.C subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English
  2. Certification (seminar/workshop) from a recognized institution in Customer Service Relations
  3. Two (2) years’ experience in a customer service oriented environment.
