Job Description:

Seeking someone to cook in our coffeeshop kitchen as well as assist with baking items. The work hours and salary vary based upon the agreed contract and duties.

Job Requirements:

Seeking an individual with:

• experience cooking for a commercial kitchen
• skills in baking
• familiar with local cuisine 
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Individual should also 

• be timely and responsible for self-paced tasks
• clean and hygienic presentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
