JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Client Services Assistant must meet and exceed the expectation and requirements of both internal & external clients, whilst maintaining sound company best practices and standards with an emphasis on client services.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review of client request/transaction documents prior to processing.
- Mutual Fund/Private Wealth/G trade/Repo/Loans Applications
- Subscriptions
- Redemptions
- Private Wealth Trades - NDS & DS
- Monthly ACH and Direct Debits
- ESP Internal & External
- Coordinate routine client/agent requests/Queries and Complaints.
- Document Management
- Filing
- Scanning
- Cut & Editing
- Creation of client web application/G trade profile.
- Audit related requests – Internal & external.
- Distribution of Client Statements.
- Reception Duties
- Receive visitors at the branch and liaises with relevant parties where necessary to ensure that they are met and attended to.
- Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms.
- Handle the distribution/ redirection of mail to the relevant party.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Client Services Team Leader.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 5 CXC/CSEC Passes including Mathematics and English Language.
- 2 A’ Level/ CAPE passes.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- Knowledge of financial products.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The Client Services Assistant must be highly confidential and trustworthy. He/she must be well organized and must demonstrate the ability to follow instructions accurately as well as use his/ her initiative where necessary. He/she must be able to provide reliable support to the Department and be a good team player. The person must be a team player with a high level of social, interactive and customer service skills.
Job Requirements:
