Job Description:
A Leading Information Technology Company is seeking applicants for the position of:
Manager-Corporate Support Services Position Summary: Responsibility for the Management, and Maintenance of the Human Resource, Administrative and Corporate Functions of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities - Lead and manage the HR Generalist approach for organizational development by fulfilling recruitment requirements, liaising with Management, providing needs analysis and full cycle recruitment, training and development, mentoring and coaching, performance management, career and succession planning, employee relations, job evaluation and compensation to exit interview, benefits and compensation, employee and industrial relations.
- Provide consultancy to the Executive and Managers in relation to HR and IR matters.
- Review and oversee documents for Compliance within the Organization and carry out the requisite training.
- Has overall responsibility for the maintenance of the HSE System in conjunction with the HSE Lead.
- Understanding and ability to ensure compliance with established practices, policies and procedures for the HR, Administrative and HSE functions
- Review and assist with information for the Bid Qualification Process.
- Provide guidance to Managers and Teams based on contract terms and Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure all documents are kept in a proper repository for retrieval.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities which may be reasonably expected of the role.
Education and Experience
- B.Sc. in Human Resource Management and/or Business Administration or a related field.
- At least (3-5) years’ experience working in the HR Field.
- Certification and/or working knowledge of HSE.
- Knowledge of Compliance will be an asset.

- The ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems and suggest relevant solutions.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- The ability to lead and provide direction.
- Must be highly detail oriented and organized.
Job Requirements:
