Job Description:

A Leading Information Technology Company is seeking applicants for the position of:

Microsoft Technical Lead
 
Position Summary:  
To provide strategic Consulting Support to the Sales & relevant Operations Teams within the organization with the objective of achieving portfolio growth and revenue generation by ensuring sound knowledge of the client’s business requirements to recommend suitable technology solutions.
 
Primary Responsibilities

• To assist the Sales function to define, design and deliver customer solutions in the Microsoft space.
• Understand customer requirements and business objectives to provide scope definition
• Provide strategic advice on using the technology to achieve customer goals
• Support project implementation including providing hands-on assistance as necessary and/or as required
• Support the organization’s Service Desk Function

 
Education and Experience

• B.Sc. in Information Technology or a related discipline
• At least (3-5) years’ experience working in IT
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Solutions-SharePoint, Azure, Modern Workspace etc.
• Any or a combination of the following Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals,  ITIL, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

 
Skills & Competencies

• The ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems and suggest relevant solutions
• The ability to advise on cost effective pricing for solutions
• Effective communication skills: verbal and written
• The ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team-based environment
• Must be highly detail oriented and organized.

Job Requirements:
