Job Description:
A Leading Information Technology Company is seeking applicants for the position of:
Office Manager Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and the various departments. Duties include communicating with department heads, relaying valuable information or policy changes from upper management, coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities - To carry out continuous review of the day-to-day operations to guarantee the effective operational function.
- To offer appropriate and up to date guidance and oversight related to administration, security, as well as health and safety policies and procedures and ensure employees are informed.
- Coordinate with vendors and pertinent authorities with respect to statutory compliance for the facilities as well as provide support and collaboration regarding audits and corrective measures.
- Manage tenants, rental facilities and contracts.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, apliances etc., as required
- Keep management updated on the state of the office and collaborate with them to enhance its operations and procedures.
Requirements
- BSc. or Associate Degree in Business Administration
- Supervisory and HSE training and/or certification will be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point
- At least Five (5) years’ experience as an Office Manager or in a similar position

- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Requirements:
