Job Title Mini Mart Floor Attendant

Job Summary:
The Mini Mart Male Floor Attendant is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store floor, stocking shelves, and ensuring that the store meets its sales and service goals. This role involves direct customer interaction and requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greets customers as they enter the store and assist with any questions or product inquiries.
Weighs, bags and ensures appropriate barcode labels are placed.
Ensures the sales floor is clean, organized, and free from obstacles.
Arranges and stocks products on shelves and fridge ensuring they are properly displayed.
Monitors inventory levels and notifies the Manager of any low stock or out-of-stock items.
Replenishes items as needed, checking for expiration dates and removing any damaged products.
Be vigilant for signs of theft and other suspicious activities and reports said activities to management.
Assists with unloading and storing deliveries.
Performs related work as required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be friendly, polite and people-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate loads.

Qualifications

CXC passes in English Language and Mathematics.
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in similar environment.
