Job Description:

You will be responsible for performing safety inspections, enforcing regulations, and assisting in developing HSE programs in accordance with regulatory requirements, whilst working closely with clients and contractors.

• Responsible for conducting personnel orientation sessions before commencement of work on sites, focusing on safety protocols for all activities, including crane operations and pressure testing.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during crane operations, ensuring safe lifting practices in alignment with risk assessments, lift plans, Permit to Work, Operating procedures, other safe systems of work, and equipment usage.
• Oversee and ensure safe practices during pressure testing activities, verifying compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health

 

• 3+ years relevant work experience in a similar position

 

• OSHA (30-hour) General Industry certification

 

• Risk Assessment and Accident Investigation training would be an asset

 

• BSc. In Occupational Safety and Health would be an asset

 

• Must be familiar with STOW-TT Guidelines, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 standards
