Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Inside Salesperson to support our sales team by managing quotations, processing sales orders, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring completed jobs are put through for invoicing. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth sales operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving overall efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:
Quotations & Sales Order Processing: 
• Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations in a timely and accurate
manner. 
• Ensure all quotations align with pricing policies and customer requirements. 
• Convert approved quotations into sales orders and ensure seamless processing. 
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to confirm product availability, pricing, and lead times. 
• Maintain an organized record of all quotations and sales orders for tracking and
reporting purposes. 

Customer Interaction & Sales Support: 
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, and
product availability. 
• Process and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. 
• Provide regular updates to customers on order status, backorders, and expected delivery timelines. 
• Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks and follow-ups.

Invoicing & Job Completion Processing: 
• Ensure all completed jobs are correctly processed for invoicing in coordination with the accounts department. 
• Verify that all necessary documentation (purchase orders, job cards, sales orders,
delivery notes, etc.) is complete before submitting for invoicing. 
• Monitor outstanding orders and completed jobs to ensure timely billing and minimize delays. 
• Liaise with the finance team to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or customer queries.

Qualifications & Skills: 
• 5 CXC / O' Level passes
• 5 years of Administrative and/or Sales Experience 
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Software will be considered an asset.
