JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Senior Account Executive - General Insurance

REPORTS TO:Team Leads/Commercial Manager

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Department

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for soliciting new business and maintaining existing assigned portfolio, by providing all aspects of full time broking services to clients/prospective clients. To maintain customer service excellence and ensure that clients are fully aware of the nature and extent of risk and that the exposures identified are adequately insured. Attend to queries and serve client needs.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electronic Filing Client Service / Renewal Process Premium Collection Client / Insurer Visits Reporting Financial General
EDUCATION, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  1. ACII or BSc. Risk Management and Insurance.
  2. Five (5) CXC/GCE O Levels.         
  3. Five (5) to seven (7) years working experience in the Insurance industry.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
