Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator – Retail Hardware Store

Job Summary: 
We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Bhagwansingh’s Hardware & Steel Industries Limited.  This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for customers, directing them to the appropriate departments and ensuring they receive quality customer service.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general inquiries
• Direct customers to the appropriate departments based on their needs.
• Provide basic product information and ensure a seamless transition to department.
• Monitor the store entrance and assist in managing customer flow.
• Support the customer service team with handling concerns, complaints and special requests
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional front-end appearance
• Assist with store promotions, special events and customer engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience

 
Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Basic knowledge of hardware store products is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store as needed.
