Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Surgery Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist our dental professionals in delivering exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:
   • Assist dental professionals in delivering quality patient care during various dental procedures.
   • Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their dental visit.
2. Infection Control:
   • Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the dental surgery.
   • Adhere to infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
3. Instrument Preparation:
   • Prepare and arrange dental instruments for each patient visit.
   • Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
4. Chairside Assistance:
   • Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations and treatments.
   • Hand instruments and materials to dentists and keep the patient's mouth dry.
5. Record Keeping:
   • Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures.
   • Manage patient records and update electronic health records.
6. Patient Education:
   • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
   • Provide post-operative care instructions to patients.
7. Radiography:
   • Take and process dental X-rays as directed by dentists.
   • Ensure X-ray equipment is maintained and operating correctly.
