Job Description:
Position Summary: To work with the Executive Team by providing direction with designing and implementing business strategies, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing company policies, overseeing daily operations and leading employees in order to ensure growth, financial strength and operating efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities - Set comprehensive organizational goals for performance and growth.
- Work closely with IT Managers, staff and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of line managers (IT, Marketing, Sales, IT Consultants etc.).
- Work with Heads of Departments to support and establish policies to promote culture and vision and lead employees to encourage maximum performance.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Submit reports to the CEO on the status of strategic plans and targets, and; make recommendations to achieve objectives.
- Participate in expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Education and Experience
- B.Sc. and/or MBA in Business Administration or relevant field.
- At least (3-5) years’ experience working in a similar/key position in the IT Industry.
- Project Management Certification, Experience or Training will be an asset.
- Extensive knowledge of IT Operations will be an asset.
Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- The ability to lead and provide direction.
- Must be highly detail oriented and organized.
Job Requirements:
