Position Summary: The Sales and Marketing Officer plays a vital role in enhancing the company revenue, customer engagement, and brand visibility. The position holder is responsible for implementing methods of collecting and analysing customer feedback, participating in trade shows, and organizing promotional events to increase outreach and awareness.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Drive brand awareness through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Proactively drives the development and implementation of Trade Marketing strategies.
• Ability to identify market opportunities for lead generation, brand growth and development.
• To analyse and interpret data to capture key information on current market trends.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
2. Certified in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Management.
3. Proficient in MS Office, Presentations, New Technology Solutions and Canva.
4. Proficient in digital marketing.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Self-motivated and results oriented.
8.  Has a well-maintained vehicle.
