Job Description:

You will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s Information Technology Systems and providing support to users.  
 

• Responsible for providing technical, operational, and functional support to end users in the use and implementation of software applications and hardware.

 

• Responsible for ensuring the operability and maintenance of the NVR and DVR Surveillance Systems for all four sites.

 

• Involvement in all ERP systems to assist with IT and settings related issues.

 

• Responsible for performing manual back-up of Posi-check and Hydro-static databases on weekly basis and assist with resolving any issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or other equivalent certification from an accredited institution. 

 

• 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in a similar position.

 

• A+, Network+ certification.

 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from an accredited university would be an asset.
