Job Description:

Position: Recoveries Consultant

Type: 6 month contract with the possibility of extension

Location: Port-of-Spain

Responsibilities

• Assess the current state of the recoveries unit and its operating processes and structure
• Develop and implement proper KPIs for the collections team
• Management of watchlist accounts
• Liaise with the Head of Risk on the provisioning model
• Propose restructures and loss mitigating initiatives for delinquent and non-performing loans

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Management or related field
• At least 7-10 years working experience in a similar capacity
• 5-7 years supervisory experience
