Hydro Tech Limited, a leading service provider Company operating in the Energy Services sector, is inviting applications from suitably qualified nationals of Trinidad and Tobago to become a part of a dynamic team in the following positions in South Trinidad.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Repsonsibilities:
Responsible for managing daily operations and coordinating activities between various departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The incumbent will develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures, focusing on maximizing quality and efficiency.  

• At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred or a combination of relevant training and experience.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of business functions, finance, and performance management principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, and project management.
• Proficient in regulatory compliance and industry standards specific to the energy sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP

Job Requirements:
