We’re seeking highly motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Sales Appointment Coordinators. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, schedule consultations, and support the sales pipeline by converting inquiries into appointments. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with high-volume outreach, and a passion for results. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position with opportunities for bonuses and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in a consultation/ discovery call conversation with prospective leads in response to inquiries.
Convert prospects into booked appointments through persuasive communication.
Follow-up to ensure that appointments are kept and missed appointments are rescheduled and eventually kept.
Use provided scripts, tools, and CRM systems to manage lead activity and schedules.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy with each interaction.
Collaborate with sales team leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Participate in regular training and coaching to improve performance.
Accurately document all communication and updates in CRM.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a competitive sales environment.
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.
Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
