Job Title: Civil Works Technician/ Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Works Technician / Engineer (or Site Supervisor) to support a growing portfolio of active construction projects. This role requires a strong background in civil works with practical experience in plumbing, electrical, masonry, and earthworks. The ideal candidate will be capable of overseeing site activities and contributing hands-on expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with project stakeholders during planning and execution phases to finalize scopes, timelines, and resource needs.
• Review project plans and specifications; ensure on-site implementation aligns with design intent.
• Execute and supervise civil works activities including plumbing, masonry, electrical conduit installations, and site preparation.
• Coordinate and manage daily site operations, ensuring work progresses efficiently and safely.
• Perform quality control checks and uphold safety standards on all active sites.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays in a timely and practical manner.
• Track material usage, equipment needs, and site logistics to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain site documentation including daily logs, work reports, and incident records.
• Support planning and execution across multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant field experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, masonry, and earthworks.
• Proficient in reading construction plans and coordinating execution on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing site tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Capable of taking ownership of assigned responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Familiar with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
